Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
After placing your order, you will first receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is packed and ready to go, we will send you a second email with your shipping information. Please keep in mind that receiving a shipping confirmation does not always mean the carrier has picked up your parcel just yet. We recommend allowing 24–48 hours from the time you place your order for your tracking information to update.
We send both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received them, please check your spam or junk folder as they sometimes end up there. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us at sales@oztalkers.com and we will get it sorted for you.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking around your property as parcels are sometimes left in a safe spot out of sight. It is also worth asking family members, housemates, or neighbours in case they accepted it on your behalf, or checking with your building manager or apartment office if applicable.
Please note that Oztalker™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have checked all of the above and are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim.
